I purchase the XL 48-64 in the waist and they insert a XL 38-50 waist. Come on people use common sense if we buy XL 48-64 do you seriously think your 38-50 is going to fit our fat ass? NOPE isn't going to happen. Use your brains. I don't mind the free sample but insert one that is the same size as the one I am purchasing. 38-50 is more like Large, make a bigger size and name it XL. You are showing you don't know your Big women very well as you so state in commercials.

The underwear are very comfortable to wear for as long as you need them to. They material is smooth and shape to my body. My body doesn’t sweat while wearing them . It protects me against any odor especially through the nights. The elastic is comfortable and it doesn’t irritate my skin around my legs or stomach area . I also like that there are different colors available for clothing that I am wearing for the day . The extra pad protection is a plus because it locks in any wetness that may occur during a moment or time that I cannot switch out to another pair of underwear. The pad doesn’t fall apart leaving me exposed to a pad that doesn’t hold wetness. It absorbs any form of wetness quick and safely. This product is one I would recommend and will purchase. The protection is dependable and well made.

Coverage seems to be fine but still I'm just not used to wearing something that reminds me of a diaper. I just started need incontinence assistance so this is new to me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find these Depend Silhouettes to be very comfortable, absorbent, and breathable. I don't sweat in these or get any irritation. I am 5' 5.5" and 130 lbs. I normally would get a size Small in these, but decided to try a Medium instead, and the Medium fits me better. The Medium fits my butt better without riding up on me and having to constantly pull it down, and I do not have a bigger sized behind by any means. The Medium also fits slightly looser on my pelvic area and doesn't cause too much pressure making me feel the need to go more often and causing me discomfort when it's that time of the month.

This incontinence underwear was fabulous. They are super absorbent and I didn't experience any leaks at all. They are very comfortable and are not noticeable under clothing. They fit perfectly and weren't tight at the legs or waist. I was very impressed by the high quality of these underwear and this is a product I would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I have used other such products in the past and the fit was less then comfortable. The Silhouette fit was perfect, they did not gap or bulge as others did. While I don't wear extremely tight jeans, they are sung and with the Silhouette there was no panty line. I was extremely happy with the absorption. I work in a warehouse where bathroom breaks are few and far between and I was never uncomfortable. If you are pron to bladder leaks these are great.

The elastic around the legs isn't to tight but snug enough that you don't experience leaks. They saved me a couple times when a bathroom was far away and I didn't quite make it in time. My only complaint would be to try to find a way to make them more form-fitting in the crotch area, they do tend to bunch up in that area. Other than that they are excellent. I love the color and the way they are made, they fit more like underwear.
