I love the concept of a discreet incontinence undergarment. However, the product did not meet my expectations. I ordered the small/medium and they were huge, and not something I would wear. I did try them on, and the undergarment was higher than the waistband on my pants - so much for discreet. Perhaps offering more sizes and having other styles other than briefs would be helpful.

You cannot tell that you are wearing anything other than regular underwear they are so discrete. They feel so soft and are really quiet. I am super impressed with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Material is light and comfortable but still a bit bulky in the crotch area. Fits well and gets more comfortable after a few hours wear.Great to sleep in though I probably would not wear these under my daily clothing.

I love the new sizes. I was buying the L/XL and now can buy the L. It fits much better, it fits more like normal underwear!! Since I recovered from cancer I have to wear your product all the time. You have made it a much better experience! Thank you!!

I am an extra large person, and the combined size does not fit as comfortably as it would if the extra large was by itself. They have a tendancy to tear because they are too tight. Because of this I have gone back to just the regular extra large depends, because they fit right. I also wish that they would come in larger packages then they do, so they would end up costing a little less.

I usually wear them when I have a cold or my allergies are acting up because I have stress leakage. These are absorbent and I feel confident they will absorb any leakage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Silhouette diapers are very convenient for small leaks or even bigger accidents when you’re out in public and just can’t hold it. As a mom, your body is put through so many changes and a weak bladder is one of them.

I love the feel of these underwear! I had to start wearing protective underwear about 6 1/2 years ago because of an unfortunate partial spinal cord injury at the age of 33. I felt super uncomfortable having to wear them at what I felt was a younger age. The brands I've tried made me feel uncomfortable and like everyone knew and could definitely tell I was wearing them. With these specific Depend Silhouette brand, I feel more confident and comfortable without looking like I have on protective underwear. I love the fact that they come in black and literally just found out yesterday they come in other fun colors! They are protective enough, for me, with my experience the last few weeks I've worn them. However, I have a few issues. The first issue is they wear low waisted and I would prefer them to be higher up to prevent rolling down. The next issue is availability. The capacity, size and color combination I need is not available anywhere that I'm able to find, which is disheartening! I would like to see more availability, even if online, for me to get because I'm loving these but just can't find them!!

I love to fish, but am not always close to a restroom and sometimes wait too long to get there without an accident. I also find that long car drives warrant wearing a Depend product. My trip across country was a lot more enjoyable knowing that I didn't have to worry where the next rest stop was.
