I'll admit it. you got me. I've bought several bottles of this, stupidly thinking it was local honey. I erroneously came to this conclusion due to the words "Florida" and "Local" hugely emblazoned across the front of the bottle. But after a closer look, it has some "Florida Spice" on honey that came, very specifically, from somewhere in North America. Thanks for encouraging me to read labels at Sam's Club with more suspicion.

It hardened not useable

I just love that this honey is local and yeah, taste wonderful. It is cold and flu season tea with lemon and honey is the way to go.

We enjoy the local unfiltered raw honey

This is a great tasting local honey but for some reason it crystalizes for no reason

I really like this honey, however I don’t recall so much wax at the top of the bottle.

The honey is really very floral and a bit fruity. Great on homemade biscuits.
