Replaced an older model that leaked and an ill performing heating plate. New unit works perfectly, easy to program and stay hot for up to 2 hours after brewing.

By far the best coffee maker I’ve ever owned. I’ve just made regular coffee so I can’t speak for the frother, iced coffee setting, etc. • so nice to be able to make a single serving in 3 different sizes. • makes hotter coffee than I’ve ever had from any coffee maker except for when I make French Press at 205° • love the permanent filter. • nice to have a delayed brew so I wake to the smell of fresh coffee. • nice, large decanter, perfect for entertaining. I don’t know the actual ounces but I’m sure it says on the box.

I really like this brewer! Right out the box, set up is super easy. I'll have to say instead of using the permanent coffee filter, I purchased the unbleached coffee filters also at Sam's and the taste is so much better to my liking. The Ninja also comes with a coffee measurement scooper and a milk frother. I have brewed a half carafe, full carafe, and individual coffee cup and it comes out right each time. The specialty coffee is so good too, it really feels like I'm getting a coffee shop experience. The only function I have yet to use is the iced coffee which I can't wait to use over the summer. I highly recommend this item.

I have not used the frother, yet. However, I have used the scoop and multiple serving cup/carafe options and I am pleases. The machine is easy to use right out of the box. I have owned a few weeks at this review.

This is a pretty nice coffee maker. We’ve tried a few different styles and they taste great. We warm a little half and half and froth it to top sometimes. We usually used the half carafe preset all week. The only thing I dislike is the top opening of the carafe. I used to wipe out the coffee stain with a paper towel but this opening is tiny. It’s difficult to keep the carafe clean. Other than that, so far so good. (It’s been about a month)

Great tasting coffee, slide in where coffee goes is a bit wobbly. Has many great features from one cup, extra large cup, travel cup and pot.

This should be packed in a box , i do not like when items are shipped in The origanal item box only Left on the porch for anyone to see and want to steal plus I like to hold onto my boxes in case I ever have a problem since I purchased the extended warranty

Have been enjoying this coffee maker for about a month. Upgraded from a pod type of maker and I like the added flexibility. Only drawback so far is that it drips for quite a while after the brew is complete. This isn't a problem if you are brewing a carafe. However, it is annoying with a single cup or travel mug. To avoid waiting, I use the drip stop function. But not only do you have to remember to turn it back off when brewing again, judging by the amount of coffee in the filter, the dripping would have continued for a good stretch of time.

Did not care for this coffee maker especially as much as i paid for it. Was hard to understand the water would never fully drain. Never made a good cup of coffee.

It was hard to clean- the carafe & didn't like the coffee flavor it put out with the same coffee we used & loved in our old coffee maker
