Customer reviews for LG 26 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator forRoomy Counter-Depth Refrigerator
Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is my first counter-depth refrigerator and I was very concerned there would not be enough room to store all our food in it. I have been pleasantly surprised with how much space there is and the third/middle drawer is an added bonus (I have been using it as a beverage drawer and have yet to use the freezer option). Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a counter-depth refrigerator with plenty of room!
Hi, Tracy! We’re excited to hear how much you’re enjoying your LG counter‑depth Refrigerator. It’s great knowing the spacious layout is exceeding your expectations and that the third drawer has become such a handy spot for beverages. Having plenty of room while keeping everything organized truly makes a difference, and we’re glad your LG unit is delivering exactly that! Love this fridge!
My family and I love this refrigerator! We’ve had it for about 6mo now, and since it’s time to replace the water filter, I wanted to also leave a review. The ice plus (extra ice) feature comes in handy when we need a lot of ice for a part, etc. For now, we are using the convertible drawer for cold cuts, cheese, and snacks, but I like the option to make it a freezer if we need it.
Hey there. We're thrilled to hear that you and your family are loving your LG fridge! The Ice Plus feature is definitely a party MVP, and we're glad it's keeping up with your ice needs! ❄️ The convertible drawer is all about flexibility. Since it's time to replace your water filter, we recommend the LG LT1000P; check it out here: https://shorturl.at/YDGfQ. For more questions, private message us on social media @LGUSSupport. Thanks for being part of the LG family! 💙 #LifeisGood
Good but doors don’t close automatically
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size and look but the left side door doesn’t automatically close if the right side is already closed. It comes very close to working but gets hung up with about an inch to go. The right door operates properly.
Hi, Rusty. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad you like the size and look of your LG Refrigerator (LF26C8210S) model, but we understand the issue with the left side door not closing automatically when the right side is already closed. We strive to provide top-notch products and ensure a smooth experience. This could be due to misalignment or an obstruction preventing the door from fully closing. We recommend checking if the hinges or the door seal may need a slight adjustment. You can gently pull the door outward and realign it to ensure it closes properly. Nice model
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this model. The middle drawer being able to be a fridge is exactly what I want. The overall finish is good and it overall feeds solid. One problem though. One door hinge arrived improperly installed. This causes the doors to be uneven and hard to align.
Hey there! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's true that some details about daily use can become clearer once you’ve had time with the appliance in your home. For example, ensuring a snug fit with a slide-in stove can sometimes require a filler kit, depending on the installation space. We’d love to help address any concerns, like tips for keeping the stove surface clean or managing dial sensitivity, to ensure you’re getting the most out of your stove. Feel free to reach out on social media @LGUSSupport if you have any questions or need advice—our team is here to help! ^ Diego
Is not countertop depth. Design flaws.
Sticks out 8 inches from counter, ice spills into freezer cavity when you open the door, top rack of freezer does not pull out all the way. Very frustrating and poor design. The retailer we bought this from won't work with us because we tried to live with these defects too long. Expected a better design from lg. Not sure how this qualifies as countertop depth.
