Easy to install-- I was able to do so on my own! Stylish, quiet, easy to use. It works really well-- keeps the room its installed in very cool and actually greatly helps the circulation of the house when paired with standard fans.

I love this ac. It was pretty easy to install so I was able to do it on my own. It also cools my room pretty quickly. The smartphone capabilities are also pretty cool. Only thing I could say is that it may not sit as flush in some older window types

This unit is perfect for my office (and cools my kitchen, as well!). My house is painted white, so the unit looks good from the outside, too! Customer service is prompt and courteous.

This is a fantastic product. Customer service is excellent. Our unit came damaged and was not cooling. Reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement immediately. My wife is pleased as it was one of her birthday gifts. Thank you

AC is great and very quiet. Cools the room easily and the App is useful. Only complaint is that it came with screws of different lengths which made it harder to install. Also on some windows with thick bottom bars there are some gaps

Very easy to install, ready to go right out of the box, and works like a charm. I have it installed in a room that's slightly too large for it, but it still does an excellent job of cooling the room down. Excellent product!

I need to return my air conditioner. It will not fit in any of my windows. I was stupid and did not measure. It is still in the box. It was not opened. How can I return it. I am so sorry and feel so stupid.

I recently purchased (2) of these window units. They are easy to install, love the insulated side panels and sleek, unobtrusive design. Highly recommend these efficient units!
