We love Windmill so much, we retired our perfectly good Frigidaire air conditioner for our kids' room because we wanted something quieter, more intuitive and energy efficient after we bought our fist Windmill for our dining room several years ago and it cooled down the whole house. Saving for the next one!

Windmill is the best AC I've ever owned! Incredibly easy to install, very efficient (which is a challenge with 100+ year old, single pane windows) and most importantly phenomenally quiet. I've had such a great experience with Windmill, this is the third unit I've purchased. One for my bedroom, one for my downstairs and one for my wife's office. The bluetooth controlling during the summer is a huge plus!

Living in Manhattan, we have always had in-window air-conditioning that has worked to varying degrees of success from other brands. Windmills AC unit worked as expected, and the integrated app was extremely useful and user-friendly. It wasn't hard to install by myself. We ended up getting a second for our spare room shortly after testing the first. Living through the extreme weather of New York didn't feel like a challenge at all. Highly recommend. Oh, also, their customer service is phenomenal in my experience. There was an issue with our second unit, but once I shared the video of the noise it was making, they rushed shipped a replacement. Tryuely felt like they cared about their brand.

I have 3 Windmill AC units, they're all quiet, efficient, and a breeze to install! Replaced older (not too old) traditional window ac units, these inverter units are significantly quieter, and cost effective. We purchased three Windmill AC units at the same time after unexpectedly needing to replace our previous brand, and we couldn't be happier. Affordability was important, but so was finding something that was both powerful and quiet—especially with Chicago summers that regularly hit well over 100°.We keep our window units installed year-round since radiator heat can be unpredictable, and even in the coldest months our home can feel uncomfortably warm. Because of that, we also wanted something that looked great and wasn't an eyesore. Windmill delivered on every front.I was initially drawn to the simple, clean design, but the performance has been just as impressive. We've used these units for three seasons now with zero complaints. Bonus points for the seamless Google Home integration—we love being able to adjust the temperature remotely and keep our dogs comfortable when we're away.

I purchased 2 WhisperTech ACs for my small NYC apartment after seeing how well the unit worked in my daughter's studio apartment. I am very happy with the units. They are quiet and I really like that they don't blow air out the front of the unit, but from the top! My bedroom unit is fairly close to my bed and I don't have the problem of feeling the cold air while I am sleeping. This is such a welcome change to the older unit I had that was loud and blowing constanting in my face! And in living room, there is no problem watching TV or listening to music because the AC makes only the slightest of sounds while on. Customoer service is also top notch. I was having an issue with the charcoal filters and my problem was quickly resolved. The employees are very responsive and helpful.

I purchased two of these units last year, and I am so happy with them. I'm happy for 3 reasons. 1. They cool the room down very nicely. 2. They are quiet, very quiet. 3. They look nice in the window - sleek.I have two more rooms that use window AC's; however, the current ones still work, so I can't justify purchasing new ones. But when I do, I will head on over to the retailer that sells these amazing units. Very satisfied customer who will be returning for another purchase or two.

This A/C has been a great investment. It cools very well, runs quiet, although I like the white noise for sleep. I haven't had any issues with it staying connected to WiFi and the app works great. I set up an automation for it to come on at a certain time of the evening and it works flawlessly. Overall great product!

I love my window unit. I have a Cape Cod, and the upstairs bedroom is too hot to sleep in during the summer. It also isn't a ton of square feet. The Windmill AC I bought is the perfect size. It is sleek, effective, and so efficient that I don't notice a huge difference in my electrical bills in the summer. I am really satisfied with it.
