After 2 visits and several hours waiting in the store, learn that Sam's Club could not get our needed tire size. We were given a refund and told to go fine the needed tires -- for a Lincoln Navigator -- at another tire shop.

This was a road hazard replacement. While still available and in production, the Kumho tires I had installed are no longer sold by Sam's Club. I now have a single tire with different wear and specs and concerns about rotating tires. I feel that the tires should have been replaced in pairs at the prorated price. My Sam's Club deal on tires wasn't that much of a deal.
