I bought this Coca-Cola Zero Sugar 24-pack because I enjoy disappointment in bulk.

If regular Coke is a warm hug from your childhood, this is like a firm handshake from a tax auditor. It looks like Coke, smells like Coke, and then immediately betrays you with that aggressively artificial aftertaste that lingers like a bad decision.

The label says “Zero Sugar,” which is accurate—but it forgot to mention it also removed joy, soul, and any reason to exist.

Each sip feels like my taste buds are being gaslit:
“See? It’s basically the same!”
No. No, it is not. This is Coke written by committee.

On the plus side, it’s great if you’re trying to quit soda—because after two cans, you’ll never want another one again.

Would I buy it again? Only if regular Coke files a restraining order against me.
