Just bought this electric pressure was simple to put together and easy to use was surprised at well it did pressure washing my house!!!!

Used one time so far. Easy to use. Assembled easy. My wife used it for about 2 hours with no problems.

The experience I have had with everything (unboxing, assembling, understanding the manual) has been easy going.

Have only used it a day, but the 2700 psi is a big improvement over my old 1900 psi pressure washer.
