After receiving the pressure washer, I was excited to use it for the first time. It was easy to put the wheels and few attachments on the frame of this device. The pressure was great for my purposes… Washing the cars And cleaning the driveway. I also purchased the surface cleaner which cleaned my garage floor phenomenally. Love both of these products, and how seamless they work together

--Assembly instructions were complete, clear and in correct English (refreshing) --Unit seems to work well but I was surprised as to how noisy it is, especially when compared to some of the --although smaller-- electrical power washers folks in my neighborhood are using. --Although I read the manual several times, I have not --yet-- discovered how to release pressure from the water intake after switching off the unit. Triggering the discharge only takes pressure off of the output site, but full pressure remains on the water intake side. As a consequence, I have to slowly bleed pressure from either side of the water hose connection, which is a wet and unpleasant task. I might not have discovered the correct way to do this, but as said, reconsulting the manual several times did not help. I looked for a pressure relief valve, but did not see one. --The manual says nothing about storing the unit other than tilting it to let water out and not storing it in an excessively hot place. It does mention 'pump protector' but it does not say what that is, what it is for or when to use it. Before winter storage? After each use? When storing for longer periods of time? ???

I just purchased this pressure washer and was impressed by the packaging and ease of assembly. I have not used the unit yet but so far the quality seems to be there. It is solid and pretty heavy if you have to lift it. Appears to be well made and oesn't appear to be a cheapy. I love it so far.

I have just received and assembled my washer so I have yet to try it out. What I can say is that I am very impressed with the machine based on the feel, weight, and the quality of the construction. If it operates as well as it was built this is going to be one heck of a washer. Can't wait to try it out.

Purchased this pressure washer in November and used it for the first time in December 2024. I had an old SunJoe 3000 that latest for several years before some features stopped working like the soap dispenser and it became unreliable at washing at random times. This Westinghouse unit works much better, is more quite, and more powerful. I also purchased the 15 inch surface cleaner and if you need to wash large surfaces like a driveway, this is a must. Using just the high pressure turbo nozzle will take hours. This surface cleaner will do 15 inches in one swipe saving a huge amount of time. The WPX3400e keeps the pressure charged and I like how the motor stops when water is at max pressure and the gun is currently not in use. The 25 ft washer hose is stored on the back of the unit between two hooks. I would prefer a wind up spool so the hose can be unspooled straight ready for use and you don't have to rotate the hose to get all the loops out but the hose is only 25ft so it's not too bad. This unit seems lighter and easier to move around than my old sunjoe. I look forward to some summer cleaning projects but for now it will have to sit in the garage for the winter.

I haven't had this pressure washer long, but so far, it's as good as I hoped it would be. Some assembly is required, but it's extremely easy to put together. The only tool I needed was a Philips head screwdriver. Pressure seems great, and it's cleaning up my concrete patio beautifully.

I bought this model a couple of days ago and just received it. Everything looks good. Came in well packaged, good fit and finish. Very easy to assemble with simple and clear instructions. The spray gun is sturdy and comfortable. The pressure hose is long enough and looks sturdy. I haven't used it yet, but I'm looking forward to its performance when I do.

I bought this product just 5 days ago and have used it twice so far, weather permitting. It has done everything I have used it for which was cleaning animal cages and floorings as well as cleaning grease out of my pavement. Very happy - Sorry I did not think of taking before and after pictures. Should have the difference was spectacular.

After extensive research, I decided to purchase this item, and I am glad I did. First of all, it was a pleasure to open the box and find out how well the contents had been packed. Next, the assembly instructions were thankfully clear and easy to follow. As for performance, we couldn't be more pleased. The washer is easy to operate and the results we achieved were exactly what we were hoping for.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago and used it around the house for cleaning the vinyl siding and concrete patio. Worked nicely. I like the convenience of the electric start. My track record with gas engines is not the best and wanted to get away from fuel and carburetor issues. This unit should be fine for most of my needs although it's doubtful that it actually achieves 3400 psi. It will not be sufficient for cleaning second story siding, but overall I am pleased.
