Bought this in May & unable to tilt the umbrella still!!! No instructions inserted or tool, looks like you need a tool to tilt it?? Soo i feel I'm not getting my moneys worth.

It's a shame to buy an umbrella and spend a pile of money only to find a mist sprays you from rain coming through. Unfortunately, I bought two of them with no expectation of this from Sam's.

Pros: Provides great shade when it works Cons: Tips over easily even with matching base. Sometimes fails to wind. Arms broke after one reason had to throw away.

Great fabric, nice size and attractive, but it seems to have a design flaw. I bought two of them and both broke within two months. The mechanism that covers the cord is made of cheap plastic and both covers broke. No way to repair it.
