I purchase two DSW gift cards as surprise Christmas gifts. I enjoyed the discounted price and the web site was very user friendly. I was able to designated the desired dates and times for receipt of the gift cards. The recipients were happy and received on the date I scheduled. I was pleased and recommend this gift card.

I normally love everything that I buy at Sam's and have had no issues with them, until now. I purchased two of these gift cards in December 2020, with the intention of using them for my next order. I finally decided to use them on a recent order and as another customer mentioned, the link did not work. I basically donated $79 to Sam's Club, as I cannot get someone to help me with getting new links. I did a chat and the agent was NOT willing to help. I called and the agent hung up on me. Then I reached out on Twitter/X, and they were unwilling to help as well. I'm not looking for a refund; I just want a working link so I can access the cards to download and print them so this doesn't happen again. Not sure where to go from here...Better Business Bureau? Consumer Reports? Dept of Consumer Affairs?

The link that was emailed to me DID NOT WORK! Now, I have to wait for someone to get back to me in order to get this resolved. Waste of time.
