Had it installed last 2025 and lost power for almost 2 days …. It was great to have the whole house protected!!

Happy we bought this. Power went out a month after installation while we babysat our grandchild. Generator kicked just like it was supposed to!

Saved for 10 years to buy this, staying in our home as long as possible. We lose power frequently. Would be a selling point someday.

Have yet to use the product for longer then 10 min however when the power did go out, kicked on with no issue. I am satisfied.

We recently had our Generac installed and feel confident it will get us through stormy times and emergency situations.

We purchased May 30th 2025. We haven't loss power for the generator to activate. But have loss power about 6 times over the years.

Bought my Generac after an ice storm and a tornado. We have only had to use it once since it was installed. Knowing I can heat and cool my home as well as protect my pool pumps and hot tub equipment from freezing is well worth the investment!

We had a Generac standby generator at our previous home. It proved itself during two major ice storms and a hurricane. When we moved, we again selected Generac for our standby generator.

We bought this a month ago. No power loss, so I not sure. I do feel good about the unit covering any power loss. It the next generation. So the phone application could use some improvements. Im sure they will improve over time.
