This is the second General generator I have had installed in a house. Both have been flawless. Highly recommended.

Never works when it’s supposed to. Red light comes on often despite getting it serviced. Installer was nasty and difficult to desk with

It runs so quiet we didn't know we were on backup until we looked out and saw the neighborhood was dark!
