Before a week was out after install had company over for the weekend main power went out gen came on and guest never new

It was easy to install. I have no complaints.It had 38 hours use on it within the first 3 weeks. Thanks.

not able to depend on the unit, i can imagine what Blossman gas who installed it is going to say its my fault or the board is blown

It has only come on twice, and both times were very short, maybe for 10 minutes but worked just great.

Recommend that servicing be based on hours of usage not elapsed time where maybe only five or 10 hours have been put on the generator .
