Unit installation went well. Think some improvement if the prep are for hook-up done so the electric company come once , shuts down a nd 10 minutes or so later re-connects rathe than leaving the customer w/o power for most of the day.

I have had my Generator for less than a year and so far everything is operating the way it was advertised. My power was off for about an hour and everything worked ok.

Bought this to protect against power outages forcing me out of my house. It needed to be automatic so that my wife doesn't need to start a generator if I'm at work.

Since the purchase of generator it has only run for about an hour when public service was working on their lines. So I don't have much of a reference.

I wanted a product that was worry free, maintenance free, and proven totally reliable without question. From my point of view, the only option was to go with the best, so Generac it was ... and I have not had a moment of worry since.

I have a hand full of customers that travel and this item is great for them and myself. We can keep an eye on the generator and they have piece of mind when they are away. Easy to install and the process to activate is not hard to follow.

had generator install by class A electrical contractor. it was the best way to go. We have had 4 power failures since we hooked it up last Oct 2016. It kicked on exactly on its own and shut down when power returned. Could not be more pleased...

Had it installed a few months ago and have not worried about a power outage since. Great piece of mind especially with all of the storms happening this year.
