We love Generac that we purchased in August 2016.we lost power a few time since we purcased our Generac and withing 30 second the generator kick on and we love it......thank you so much Generac.

The generator added value and security to our home. It looks great. during the weekly exercise can't hear it running in the house. Have not had any outages since installation, but am confident it will function well.

Product stopped working as expected. Red light come on and defaulted with message of off due to over cranking. Servicemen was called and he got it working.
