The installers arrived according to schedule and were very efficient and helpful during the installation. Provided good instructions on how to use the generator.

We lost power a fer weeks ago at 4 AM. The generator came on as expected. I cut it on and off during the day as needed. Got power at 8 PM. I hope that it will continue to continue to be as reliable as it was.

I've owned this unit for over a year now and it was purchased through Costco. It has kept the power on a few times for short outages, without fail. No hurricanes yet and hopefully we won't have any, but, I'm ready if when we do.

Good service and attention in all the steps to install the equipment. He was in charge of get the permits from HOA and County. Just is missing return to fix some details in the conduit installation

Praise the Lord we haven't had to use it yet but it does turn on each week to run it's test. The appearance of the unit is very nice and our contractor William was great.

We are very pleased to have the Generac 22KW unit installed and operational. The system seems to be running fine during the weekly checks and we trust will be ready to provide electrical power the next time we lose power from the local utility.

I needed a generator for my wife when I'm traveling, to ensure that power continues to our home. Our Generac has been tested a few times w/ outages and has fired up every time. We love the peace of mind this back-up gives us.

The unit is compact and blends in well with its surroundings. Haven't had a chance to use it yet...good thing, but when it tests itself every Saturday, it is quiet and we can barely hear it running. Very pleased with the purchase.
