Just installed September 30, 2022 so have not had to use it yet. Installation by Penco Electric went smoothly & one small issue quickly fixed.

THE INSTALATION IS VERY COMPLICATE AND THE PRODUCT IS FUALTY VERY MUCH NOISE AND COST WISE IS NOT EFFECTIVE THE FUEL GENERATOR IS MUCH MORE CONVIENET

Great sense of security

The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. Installation was quick and took a little longer due to the propane folks.

Now we have power for everything except washer/dryer!

Our new generator was installed recently, we are happy with features of it, the dealer service, and the peace of mind we now have for our residence.

I know the generator works thanks to the weekly tests.  My power used to go out all the time.  It has not since I bought this.  So thank you Generac!

I love all the features on this model.

Product is top of the line for stand alone generators.  The delivery was a nightmare.  First delivery had fork lift damage to the generator.  The damaged return was listed as a replacement delivered back to me instead of the origination point.  Keep you paperwork and documentation when dealing with Sam’s returns.  Final delivery took 3 1/2 weeks and 6 phone calls to customer service.  Time consuming and frustrating.

Great product POOR shipping experience.

I previously had a portable emergency generator that helped me through a few hurricanes.  I retired a few months ago & built a house on my rural property 100 miles away.  Two years ago that area 
suffered a couple of bad storms & the community was without electrical power for weeks.  I now have my own well & electrical system.  Storms as we have in Southeast Georgia will not affect me as much in the future.
