Generac 24,000 Watt Standby Generator with 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch

Today was the first day that the power went out and it was wonderful to have power to run the whole house. It was worth the money that I spent on it.

Installed 2 weeks ago and with the first power failure, it did not start.

Now they have the nerve to say I have to pay for a service call.

Does not work

Very happy with the installation and generator.  Haven't needed it yet, but it's reassuring to know it is there.

We rarely lose power in my area. But when we do i only know because my sister calls when hers is out. Great system put in by Boyland electric

We've had our 22KW Generac generator for a year now.  During that time we've had 2 or 3 power outages, and the generator has operated perfectly.

excellent, reliable generator

Product is top of the line for stand alone generators.  The delivery was a nightmare.  First delivery had fork lift damage to the generator.  The damaged return was listed as a replacement delivered back to me instead of the origination point.  Keep you paperwork and documentation when dealing with Sam’s returns.  Final delivery took 3 1/2 weeks and 6 phone calls to customer service.  Time consuming and frustrating.

Great product POOR shipping experience.

I've had my backup generator for about seven months now. This is my second one actually,  since my first was stolen a day prior to it being installed. The generator was installed by our electrician.  I set up the programming of it,  which was very straightforward. The power has only gone out once since then and it was amazing how it started right up,  switched over and ran into power was reestablished.  It automatically rubs through its test runs weekly without a hitch. It's a great comfort.
