Excellent generator 22kw hook up and site preparation was made easy by there instruction guide, very pleased with unit. also easy access to maintain unit.

This is our second Generac generator. Our first one had to be upgraded due to several additions to the house. First one save our basement many times over. Workers were great.

While I have not had the opportunity to use it as a backup yet, we have peace of mind that it is there. Installation went great with no problems! Unit looks sharp and well built. We hope for many years of good service.

i had a small portable generac generator that works great for 10 years. so i deceided to upgrade to a whole house automatic generator that will run my sump pump and my heat or a/c and all my appliances while i sleep or while im away.

After waiting 4 months the generator has finally arrived. It looks good. Features, Quality, etc will be known in time, but the time to wait for the generator and communication with the company doing the sale & install was absolutely unacceptable.

A brand new generator should not leak oil. Should not come with mangled wire terminals. Should not have cross threaded screws. Should not have loose screws. Should not have large internal scratches.

my solar company sold it to me and installed it all for me. Quiet mode hardly here it my lawn mower is loader than it is running when the power is out I am going to be glad to have it
