The generator we purchased is enough to power everything we need it to power but unfortunately we haven’t lost power yet to need it which c or old be a good thing. Just nice to know that we’ll have power when we need it

Bought 22 KW unit installed works as should. Lacks ability to hardwire to my router due to distance from router and loss of WiFi Wouldn't buy again. Should be hard wire installed if necesary for customer to use..

Easy Install and wiring. Mobile Link initialization was somewhat frustrating. Works great and started right up. It is louder than expected. Would definitely recommend. Never thought I would look forward to a power outage but now were prepared..

Lots of high tech changes with this new 22kw generator the unit is good looking and very impressive - the transfer switch was not so, the poor quality control before shipping caused us many hours of frustration trying to isolate the problem.

I am recently widowed. The hydro had gone off 5 times since my husband passed. It had never gone off this much when he was here. But now I don't have to worry, I have ghe whole house covered

Installed today...and then we had another rain storm. The power is on and I don't have to worry that my pump will fail if I am not home. Great to know the electricity is ON! Bring on the next storm!

very pleased with this 22kw generator!! its a great feeling knowing that if a storm comes and the power goes out, everything in my house still works!! only had it hooked up a month and had to use it and it worked great!!

The generator works but remote monitoring does not. Despite hours with support, nothing works. I can remotely monitor my doorbell and two Roombas. I hope Generac gets the software fixed - someday.

Decided to go with a whole house generator. Just installed and haven't used yet,but all testing seemed to go well. All aspects of the project went without a hitch. It is good to know we have a Generac if we need to use it.
