The product looks great and performs very well on tests I had no chance to test it during power outage as we had no significant outages since instillation The team that installed it were great . Professional, on time and knowledgeable. It looks great and has many new features. I like that it has a long term warranty at no extra charge. Like insurance, it is good to have but hope I don't need to use

This is my fourth whole house Generac generator that I have purchased in the past 10 years (one each time I moved to another home). They have all been outstanding and very reliable - I could always count on them when I needed emergency power. Living on the Gulf Coast, a reliable generator is a must. I will never buy any other brand.

Ed and his crew were very professional, timely and efficient… The unit was installed, completed and running in one day. This is our first winter storm season that we have the unit. It works GREAT and does exactly what Ed said it would do in a power outage!

From the very first call to the Generac dealer/installer, right through to the detailed walkthrough, this has been an outstanding experience. The instal crew was polite, professional, and really knew their business. The unit itself is sleek looking and attractive. The unit is mounted about ten feet from my home office and when it starts for the routine weekly test, it only sounds like my neighbor is mowing his lawn. Keep in mind we live on 1 1/2 acre lots so it is not loud at all. My wife couldn't even hear it running when I asked her if it was loud. Great product, excellent service.

Installed April 2017 right next to service entrance. Looks very nice and reassuring. My wife and I feel a weight lifted. No more 20 below January nights yanking on a pull-cord with stiff oil in the pan. First power outage came this June, in 45 seconds we had power and there was no hint when the power came back and the generator turned off. We have the 22kw standalone. One thing to remember. The generator comes set for a delay start up time of only 5 seconds. Every little power hit or sag will have the generator starting and stopping. Only your approved service installer can change that time. We had ours changed to 30 seconds. No only real power failures turn the generator on. Comes on every Saturday morning for 10 minutes. Connected to its own 500 gallon propane tank. Worth every cent at 73 years old. Save a lot of money the closer to your service entrance you can get. Buy the biggest generator you can afford, I suggest the biggest.

We have had our Generac for about ten months. During that time we have had three or four power outages, with the longest lasting several hours. The Generac, in each case, started immediately and carried the full load of the house for the entire duration of the outage. We temporarily have a one-year-old and his parents living with us, so it was especially appreciated when we were able to keep him entertained and warm, as if nothing had happened. We have enjoyed our Generac immensely!

I've only had to use my Generac once, and it run for approximately 4 hours. Only problem was that it pulsed the entire time it was running and the lites and appliances pulsed when used. It did this the entire time it ran. I called for repair and was told Generac knew of the problem and it would be fixed. This was about 4 weeks ago, and after checking again I was told someone would be here today or tomorrow? Other than that, the Generac did run and I did have power, which was a good thing. Looking forward to using the Generac in a better running environment in the future.

This unit looks and performs excellent. It came on line about a week after installed but just for a few hours. It's exceptionally quiet. It self checks every Wednesday very quietly. We are both retired and it comforts us not to have to worry should the need arise for emergency power. Thank you Generac.

I truly can not totally review. The unit was installed on time and in a very professional manner. It tests itself every Monday and there are no issues. I have not had a poer outage, since the installation and would have no way to reate the unit until I have one. THANKS RICK

We have not had to use our Generac system yet, but just having the peace of mind knowing it is there is worth it. We have 4 month old twins and live outside of town. If we lose power due to an ice storm it could be days or even weeks before we regain power. Knowing we will have it available as soon as our power goes it is priceless!
