Wow .... I work in the field of automation and it was a flawless installation. The hood was damaged in shipment but it is to be replaced so I am waiting on that but other than that it was a great installation and startup.

This generator is well designed and well made. All service points are well labeled and in conveinient locations. The user interface is simple to operate. The installers (Texas GenPro) were extremely proficient and a pleasure to work with.

We never lost power during Hurricane Michael. We were without power for over a week. By conserving fuel, we made our 500 galleon propane tank last until power was restored.

simple to install, no problems did it all myself. took a week for the gas company to upgrade my gas meter. Very easy to program. no more worries when the power goes out.

This is a quality product with excellent features. The dealer was very professional and did an excellent installation job. The start up orientation was very thorough.

The Wi-Fi isn’t free. The module is but the app required to utilize is 50 dollars a year. Not worth the features it provides. Very dissatisfied with the Wi-Fi aspect.

This generator has been tested time and time again. 2 Hurricanes, ice storm, and just long power outages. The longest was 9 days, which we had to get a gas refill,. but the thing just kept going. This is a senior now and it is still gooooooiiiing.

Just had my new 22KW Generac Generator installed without a hitch. The test was perfect, and while we haven't had any power outages yet, we are confident that this system will work when needed.

A no problem installation, tests regular every Saturday, experienced two short power outages and it worked perfect. Really gives a feeling of security, very satisfied with our purchase.
