It took me 2 1/2 years to get it set up by an electrician and the propane company. I just didn't have the time to get it done. Now that it has been properly installed, the monthly automatic tests and the knowledge that the 22KW Generac generator will work when my power goes out gives me great peace of mind. The power has gone out once so far and the generator performed brilliantly. I recommend if you can afford it, get it.

We were away last winter and had someone check our house every several days. We head a power outage and the electric company forgot to restore our power so we were lucky that the weather was above normat (not freezing). If this had happened a month later we would have had considerable damage. My only negative for Generac is that the propane monitoring system only works in the USA so it is an option we cannot use.

I’m so glad to have our Generac generator protecting my family. We have such a peace of mind knowing a Generac generator is standing ready to conquer any power outages.

Bought this back up generator for those hurricane seasons in Houston, Tx. Haven't had any problems with it at all! Runs automatic self diagnostic checks & wifi reports are available as well!

This unit works as described and looks nice sitting next to my new house. So glad to have this unit ready and waiting if and when a power outage happens. Low maintenance and easy to maintain makes this a great unit for homeowners.

Just had the unit installed. Insulation went smooth with no problems with the unit. All testing good. Will update this review after my next power outage.

Only have had for two days, but already feel secure just knowing we will always have power. With persons having medical conditions, this provides a great deal of security.

We recently had a >24 power outage, which was horrible, so we installed this generator. We have not had another major power outage since that time, but just having the peace of mind that we would be prepared is more than worth it!

We live in the woods. Having this system will keep us safe. Being able protect my family from getting hurt or losing everything that must stay refrigerated is amazing!!
