Unbelievable project completed on time just wonderful. I am an older woman who lives alone in the mountains of western North Carolina but I continue to work out of town . Since I am gone for days at a time I could not take a chance that I would come home to no electricity and broken pipes my Generac has been faithful from day one it is easy to look at I had it hooked up to propane to save some money and it has been working wonderfully I would never suggest anyone who lives alone and leaves their home for more than a few days to not have the wonderful power of Generac to keep things running smoothly should the power not return for a while thank you Generac and a special shout out to Doug Who was so patient with explaining all the directions for use of the Generac and for the installation is a one-of-a-kind southern gentleman and I cannot thank him enough . I love my Generac thank you

We purchased the Generac system for our home about 6 months ago anticipating an active hurricane season in Hawaii. Luckily the hurricanes passed our remote island, but we did have several power outages due to high winds and downed power lines. One recently lasted 3 days! All of our refrigerated foods were not lost, we had lights in house and we were able to stay in touch with emergency news reports. We are very pleased with the efficient operation of our Generac. Best investment ever and have recommended it to all of our friends!

This is my first whole house generator. The first night after the install it came on twice through the night for about 10 minutes each time. So, it did its job by starting and operating. However, since then we have not had a power outage so hard to give a good review on this particular unit. However, my mother and father (God bless and rest there souls) had one for several years as my dad was bed ridden on an air mattress that needed to be inflated at all times. The generator worked perfectly for them coming on when needed and shutting down when not and I'm expecting mine to do the same. I thought my parents generator could have been a bit quieter but other than that it worked great. I would recommend this brand from my experience.........

I love this new 22KW generator. The dealership and installation folks were just fantastic. They set up a time with my propane provider so that they could all be there during the installation. The install of the generator, wiring and propane lines were all done in one mornings time. We decided on a whole home unit that would run the power in our whole house if the electric service went out and we are very very happy with it. The generator is set to come on weekly and will run for about five minutes or so and does a complete check of the system before it turns off. We also decided to go with the Com-Link option which was around $200.00 and it will send you texts or emails with a report of the weekly tests along with each time the generator is on or the power goes out, a great option for our peace of mind while away from home. There is also an app that you can refer to that tells you the condition of the battery, times the test runs occurred along with Minutes/hours of run times and when the next maintenance is due. Your Generac dealer can also pull up all this information and line out a time with you for upcoming maintenance. As I've said before, I LOVE THIS NEW ADDITION to our family :)

My Genera was installed a couple of months ago. It's too early to give recommendations because I just don't have appropriate information to provide anything useful. That being said, so far, so good. It reliably does it's weekly test. But the reason we purchased a unit - power failure - has not yet occurred.

Thankfully since this was installed, I have not lost any power. When it starts running for five minutes on the day it is set each week, it is not loud to disturb anyone in the morning. Feel confident that when the time comes and we do lose power, the generator will do its job.

Well made except for flimsy plastic door and frame covering circuit breakers. The electrician broke mine and a different electrician broke my son's identical model. It would be nice if the factory offered a model for cold states with the battery heater, oil heater, and synthetic oil installed. Overall nice appearance and very easy to setup. I would defintely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a generator.

The first Ice Storm brought chaos to our home. it would last for two weeks. The second was unbearable. When we installed the Generac 22kw, it happened again. This time it was barely noticeable. The power clicked off the generator clicked on. What an amazing piece of hardware. This is 100% security for my Family in theses disastrous times. Thank You Generac.

After Katrina in south Mississippi we were without power and water for 23 days. It was 105 degrees for several days. Miserable. Since then every time a storm would move into the Gulf my tension levels would go off the charts. We decided to fix the problem. In the fall of 2016 we installed a Generac 22kw propane fueled generator. Within 4 months we have lost power 5 times due to tornadoes and storms. The last outage the generator ran 10 hours straight with no problems. We were the only house in our area with lights. It was awesome! We don't worry about power failures anymore. We love this generator and it's one of the best investments we've made. I can't stress enough the peace of mind we have now. Thank you Generac for standing by!!!

I brought a whole house generator. in the short time I have own it the power has gone out three times. It work great, I have to reset some of CFC circuit but that not a problems. My electrician configure it for me since I brought it with a custom built house, I was looking over his shoulder and it was an easy process. The instruction were clear too. I live in a rural community I was so happy I had it installed. Highly Recommend them.
