I just today had Serial Number: 000000003010512219 Unit Description: 22KW/999 GUARD-NO T/SW AL installed at my home I got the unit from local provider here in Houston, TX Wired Generators I was impressed with the workers that did the installation and being powered by natural gas I do not have the worry of filling a gasoline tank or change out a propane tank. I was also pleased with the low noise level when it was running. Last year I was without power for 11 days during freezing cooled weather and being on the Gulf Coast have hurricanes to deal with as well.

The installment team were absolutely AMAZING! Very professional and kind. They all worked extremely well together, I never heard any foul language but laughing and enjoying each other as they worked together. They were all concerned that we were satisfied. Their work looks very nice, neat , and very clean. We highly recommend them.

We have lost power so many times in the past 10 years. Ice storms, tornado, hurricane and one particular nasty snow/ice storm in October a few years back. We were without power for 10 days!!!! Lost all of our frozen and refrigerated food several times over the years. We finally decided to get a generator. We wanted one that powered the entire house which is just shy of 4,000 sf. My husband did a lot of research and we decided on the Generac 7042. We signed the contract back in early August of 2018. It took quite a few weeks for the generator to come in. Once it did, our contractor contacted us to set up the installation. Day 1, the pad went down along with the generator, a few days later the plumber came over to do his hook up. Once the plumber was done, the electrician came back over to set the system up and to do a test run. He took his time and explained how the system works and even set up the wi-fi and assisted with the phone app. The app is amazing. If there is an issue with the generator both the electrician and I know it even if we aren't home. It's a huge comfort knowing we have the generator if we ever lose power again.

I purchased the Guardian 18KW Whole House WI-FI Enabled Model. It looks Awesome and it kicks on every Monday at 10am for a test. The peace of mind it gives me is immeasurable. Every time there is an ice storm or a rain storm, I am not worried in the least that I will lose power. Just waiting for the storm ! ha ha

Having just had my Generac Generator installed yesterday, I have not had the opportunity to see it in action yet, but I feel confident that it will perform well. It did when they tested it. The three man team that installed it was very impressive. They all knew what their individual job was and they very quickly and proficiently got the job done, cleaned up the mess and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased to say the least.

After several power outages, my wife and I decided to invest in a Generac whole home standby generator system. Our local installers did a great job in setting it up. Though we hope to never have to use this system (our weather patterns show we most likely will in the near future), just knowing that it is on automatic standby, brings great peace of mind to our family. We have had this unit 7043 installed almost 2.5 yrs ago. This year alone it has been on line 3 times, the longest is about 10 hrs. It has started every time when it should have and has shut down appropriately. VERY DEPENDABLE Would be nice in history if they showed how long on generator power each time.

My full installation was completed today Jul 22nd, and everything functioned properly. The generac system started when the powered was disconnected and was tested twice. I had questions about the WIFI setup and called the support number for help and Jeff, from Generac support, walked me through all the steps and answered all my questions. Great customer support that is friendly and knowledgeable. We now have the peace of mind that when a power outage occurs, even for days, we will have total house power backup.

We ordered a 10 kW Guardian to provide 24-hour emergency power to our home in midcoast Maine. With WiFi capability, remote monitoring by the installer, and automatic activation at regular intervals to keep its internal parts and processes "well-oiled," this is a great unit. The first couple of times it came on we were largely unaware it was operating...and it is right outside our kitchen window. Now, if I can only find a buyer for the portable Generac we no longer need!

Due to covid & the resulting supply chain backup it took 7 months to receive our generator & due to Winter weather several more to have our tank buried & the generator operational. No power outages yet but every weekend the unit starts like a charm & goes through the exercise period. Our dealer, Cox Electric of North Kingstown, RI & propane company, Consumer Propane of Woonsocket, RI were excellent to deal with. Generac has a great reputation & I'm confident were going to be very happy when the next power outage comes around.
