I am very impressed with the quality of this generator. It has a good appearance and fits very well in my backyard. The generator is reasonably quiet. I haven't yet needed it for a power outage but I am confident it will perform as it is supposed to.

The last few years we have experienced more frequent power outages. Having the generac gives us piece of mind that we will be covered for our power needs. DS Groff out of Lewis Run, PA was our dealer/installer. Mr. Groff came to our house and discussed our options. Jethro and Ray were our installers. They did a very neat and professional instal in a matter of a few hours. Everybody from the lady who answers the phone at Groff, Mr. Groff and our installers were great. I would highly recommend !

Samuel and James from Holly Electric did a great job throughout the install process. Explained the operation once it was up and running. Heather did a great job of keeping me updated through the entire process from quote to install. This unit replace an smaller generator that was only able to run a few appliances and lights. Nice to have whole house comfort now. Have a 250 gallon propane tank to ensure we can weather through a hurricane or sever storm.

Brent at Browning Power Systems in Michigan and Clint at Generac were awesome to work with! Brent gave us a couple of options for generators. He was on site thru the entire installation & took care of all the little details. Greatly appreciated all he did & look forward to having a working generator when needed!

Intuitively easy to use! Kicks on within 5 seconds of a power outage. High winds knocked out electricity the first day we had our generator up and running. Within 5 seconds I heard the generator start up and power was restored. What an amazing feeling! I imagine its akin to discovering fire! Seriously! I have power despite mother nature's good try!

My new Generic generator is a true peace of mind for safety, comfort and warm living. I no longer have to go out in the dark, cold, blizzard type of weather in the middle of the night to get my electric service back on. Yes this generator is a life changer for me a widow who is 75 years old. To go from a free standing generator that I would have to start to one that comes on automatically Is truly a dream come. The Whole process of ordering and getting the unit installed has been flawless and I thank you.

The guys from Generac were amazing. From the installation right to them showing me how the unit works. They even showed me what to look for so i can troubleshoot by myself in case of an emergency when it really matters. The noise deadening insulation on the unit is unbelievable. It is a loud as a lawn mower. I was able to have conversation standing next to it. When it was on line and running, i put everything on in the house including my AC unit. Had no problem keeping the power on without a flicker.

Recently purchased my second Generac getting a bigger unit for whole house power. The Generac unit I previously had was half the size of my new unit and had provided backup power on several occasions, the most was for 41 hours running uninterrupted. It has been the best investment for my home and an additional benefit was when I notified my insurance company of the installation they noted that I would get a credit on my policy for having the generator and that it would also add value to my home. IT WILL NEVER DISSAPOINT YOU!

I purchased this generator 6 months ago and have spent more time down than running. First was the loss of rpm and won't start on a maintenance run and next the one and only time I needed it the transfer switch failed cause the factory did not fully seat the transfer coil cables. Now after I finally get the new transfer switch test it out and then today on maintenance run I get the great 1505 code and will have to wait again for a service call. Another 200 dollars to have someone come out. I hope the power doesn't go out again. Looking back I wish I never went with Generac, do your research.
