So far so good, just installed 2 weeks ago, haven't really had an outage yet.

The generator works fine. However, the mobile app is a useless application, it dosen't work at all!

Almost too early to tell. Not impressed w/remote (mobile-link) too little for so much cost.

I think this Generator is great looks good and runs good love it. It is good on fuel.

Unobtrusive appearance. Tests itself weekly. Automatic on when the grid goes down.

the guaranteed of 10 years parts and labor plus never without electricity. A good match.

only had the machine for five month everything is working ok

Very good so far. I talked my neighbor into buying one also.

Works great starts every time we loose power. Needs some type of wires control though.
