Generac 24,000 Watt Standby Generator with 200 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch

This is my second one, what can one say, they work.

Features and design

Heavy storms came through power went out and Big Gen kicked on performance was flawless.

Runs like a Champ.

So far so good, just installed 2 weeks ago, haven't really had an outage yet.

Product is top of the line for stand alone generators.  The delivery was a nightmare.  First delivery had fork lift damage to the generator.  The damaged return was listed as a replacement delivered back to me instead of the origination point.  Keep you paperwork and documentation when dealing with Sam’s returns.  Final delivery took 3 1/2 weeks and 6 phone calls to customer service.  Time consuming and frustrating.

Great product POOR shipping experience.

Bought this generator about 6 weeks ago.  The install was completed without any issues or concerns.  Final connection was completed after gas company upgraded the meter.  We had a power outage about 2 weeks after the install and never noticed the power going out.  The generator started so fast there was never a flicker of the lights.
