I bought these to put in gumbo. I ended up fishing them out and throwing them away. Believe me, I am not a picky eater, but these were terrible. The flavor was weird and they had the texture of vienna sausages! Maybe they are better grilled.

The best smoked sausage. Please bring it back.

There is no flavor except for salt. No smoked flavor at all.
