I love these containers, I have both of the Member's Mark sets. I like the way they are clear so you can see what is inside and the way the lids fit and lock. So if the are knocked over the lid doesn't pop off. WHAT I DON'T LIKE IS WITH IN A WEEK OF ME PURCHASING THE FOUR PACK THEY DROPED THE PRICE. Most stores would go back and adjust the price change within a 30 day window. NOT SAM'S!

great buy works well

My husband and my kids love cereal - all different kinds - so I buy lots of different brands and flavors. Used to be, open cereal boxes that got pushed to the back and forgotten for a couple of months would go stale and have to be thrown away. I shopped other stay fresh cereal containers, but the prices were outrageous. Until I found these. I bought three sets. All 12 now have a different cereal flavor inside, and we haven't had one go stale yet after 6 months of use. At first, everyone said it should have a pour spout, but we've all mastered the art of pouring out of the large opening without spilling anything, so that's not really an issue anymore. They are tall, but we had a tall storage area in our pantry that fit them just right. I love how everything looks neat and uniform now instead of a jumbled crowd of different sized cereal boxes. And you can immediately tell which one needs to be restocked. Such a great purchase.

Nice size, Easy to open.

I bought the larger set and decided to add these to my pantry. They are helpful as I can now see the product and won't miss it in the jumble of similarly boxed products, particularly kinds of pasta. The lids are not meant to be used to lift the product; they are simply for the airtight seal. Unfortunately, my natural reaction was to lift, and one fell on the ground. As another reviewer wrote, they are very thin and prone to cracking. It was a short fall of less than three feet, but, well, there you are. Don't lift with the lids!
