I bought two of these lunch boxes for my kids and they really love it specially the cute prints over it , the issue which I faced is that the rubber on the lid was wearing out on both the boxes and one of the clip became loose . Otherwise it’s really good and leak proof . I would buy it again. And also happy with a bentgo warranty. And excellent customer support.

My daughter received a bentgo box as a gift and loved it. After about 3 months of use, one of the latches broke. I called customer service and reported the issue. The team member was courteous and was able to fix the problem in no time at all! Highly recommend!

We have had these for two school years now and my kids use these daily. They're so fabulous. They keep the food warm/cold and keep the food separated. The food does not leak and is safe to just pop right in their backpack. And the customer service is seriously amazing.

We have been using Bentgo lunchboxes for a couple of years now with my 3 kids (ages 2-5) and we love them! The kids love having their own color lunchbox and all the compartments make it fun. We have had issues with our cover getting a little moldy but customer service has been great to work with. Would definitely purchase another in the future!

I phoned in today because I dropped one of the daycare children's tray that goes in the Bentgo box. The tray chipped and I called in to ask how long a replacement would take to be shipped. Nicholas was beyond kind and understanding and offered to get a replacement sent out right away. As this is an item that belongs to one of my client's children, it eased my mind that I can tell the parent that I have taken care of the situation and she will see a replacement shortly. I bought this lunch box with the matching lunch bag for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch box to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. We use ours for outings like parks, play dates and the zoo. The portion sizes work well for us. My daughter likes to graze on multiple things instead of just eating a big sandwich or something. Never had issues with leaks. We did have a problem with a latch but their customer service is awesome. Highly recommend!

We love the Bentgo lunchbox. Had a smaller one for my now 3rd grader, but needed to upgrade to fit more food as she grows. This lunchbox gives us the flexibility to put a full size sandwich in it by removing the divider, or keep the divider for smaller portions of different items. Doesn't leak, easy to clean, and we will continue being Bentgo fans.

My initial Bentgo purchase was the brights box which I fell in love with. I was very skeptical the box was truly leak proof and could withstand my two rowdy boys. I pack salsa, spaghetti o's, pork and beans, yogurt, and more and the boxes have never leaked. When my boys open the box at lunch, the items are still in their own compartments and do not leak over. I loved my original boxes so much, I purchased the shark and spaceship prints lunch boxes. I have washed my boxes repeatedly and the print holds up, no fading or chipping. It's the amazing original Bentgo box with a fun print for the kids!

I bought three boxes for my daughters. They love them! They do not leak. They keep food fresh. They are easy to open. One of them had an issue with the seal after heavy use for a few months, and customer service was phenomenal. I sent a photo of the boxes seal, a photo of the receipt, and the model of the box, and they sent a replacement within 12 hours of my email. I will definitely be recommending Bentgo to everyone I know!
