These containers have been an absolute life saver for me and my family. My son has adhd and ASD, very picky with foods and with foods touching. This gives us the ability to pack a little of each of his favourite foods separately. We have been using these since pre-k and now he is in grade 1. They last a long time and are very durable. We have never had a problem with them leaking. We put a thin ice pack underneath these in his lunch bag and it stays cold all day. I meal prep with these Sunday afternoons so in the morning we can grab and go! We also like the Bentgo snack containers to send for afternoon snacks. This is the most durable lunchbox in the collection. The top and bottom form a case on a hingle that locks over the food tray. This one gives the best clasp and seal. Ideal for older children or those that do not want to put much effort into closing clasps. Worry free because it will not break or get hurt in the dishwasher. Maybe it is too heavy and hard. This is why I have it one less star. I would like a cleaner shape, less curved and more slim for travel. I like the high gloss plastic. I would prefer raised letters instead of sticker letters for the Bentgo logo that could rub or wash off. To me, the appearance is as fun as the functionality. This lunchbox is a little big and clunky for me.

I bought 2 of these—dinosaur and unicorn—for my toddler and preschooler for travel and eventually school lunches. They were so fantastic for the plane ride and during our trip. Lots of room for different eats. Love the little circular compartment in the middle…kept the 1YO busy on the plane. I wasn’t thinking about keeping things cool when I chose this model (I didn’t know there was a freezer pack one), so that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

We bought two of these last fall. I wasn’t sure about it, but I really liked the little small circle in the middle for dips. The first time I tried sending my daughter with ranch and carrot sticks, I anxiously awaited to see if her entire lunch would be covered in ranch— and it wasn’t! Both of our Bentgos kept lunches organized all year. A clip broke, but they are sending a replacement. I’ve already bought two more for my twins who are starting school this year.

I purchased this lunch box for my son just over a year ago. I was disappointed that after daily cleaning, some mold still developed on the rubber. I contacted customer service and they responded same day, provided suggestions to cleaning and sent a replacement. This lunch box has been great for my 3 year old son at daycare as he can manage the container himself and the sections are the right size for his portions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bentgo lunchbox has a great look to it. I like that you could have either three or four compartments for food inside. The fact that the inside tray is removable and can be put in the microwave for reheating is a another great benefit. This lunchbox is very easy to clean. I did think that this was just a little bigger and slightly heavier than I expected but that's not a big problem. I think others would certainly know that it is your lunchbox because it's different. I do wish it had a handle on it though. All in all this is a great product that my family and I will use a lot.

I have been packing lunches for my kids in Bentgo boxes since they started school 7 years ago! I love how they can hold favorite items like apple sauce and yogurt without leaking. The small portion compartments have been perfect for my elementary girls and encourage a diverse selection of food groups. This box is also a great way to reduce single use plastics! Finally, the clip broke off of my most recent bentgo box, and customer care was quick to help me get a replacement. Great product and wonderful customer care!

We love this lunchbox and have two that we rotate during the school week. Unfortunately the silicone portion has molded on both, but Bento is going to replace them. Worth the purchase without a doubt especially knowing that customer service will take care of us when anything like this happens! It’s the only lunchbox we’ve found that is virtually leakproof and my kid loves it and can easily open/close on their own. Would give five stars if it weren’t for the mold issue!

My son has been using this lunchbox for about a month at school. I noticed an issue with the lunchbox and messaged customer support just for some help on how I could just fix the lunchbox without replacing it. I received a quick reply with some tips and tricks to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered a free replacement, which would be received in just a few business days. The customer support staff really went above and beyond to resolve the issue! My son loves this lunchbox because it has fun compartments, a fun design, and it doesn’t spill! Highly recommend both the product and the company.

I bought 4 of these for my kids ages 7-14 at the beginning of the school year and I will say it is worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY! This lunchbox has already paid for itself in the amount of ziplock bags I would buy or those “pre packaged lunch size snacks” these lunchboxes make it so much easier to pack healthier lunches for my kids and I love how sustainable they are for the environment! I’m forever going to be a Bentgo customer as their customer service is outstanding! Their warrantee truly backs them up. They also make great for road-trips as it makes for a great little “tray” If you don’t have a Bentgo box or on the fence you should just go ahead and click the add to cart button now bc you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend going on Pinterest and looking up all the fun ideas to make lunches healthier for your kiddos! Not only that but Bentgo sends a monthly or weekly email of ideas and recipes too! Love love love this product!!!!
