Bentgo is truly spill proff however it does not stay cool as I would wish. I was skeptical about buying additional supplies since this luch box is for my kindergartener. I was hoping the box stayed cooler without the need of an ice pack but it needs one. Put the inserts in fridge until ready to set your lunch for additional cool time.

Absolutely love these! I got lucky as my oldest wanted a bigger one and my younger wanted the mermaid style. We’ve been using these for years and love them. They hold up well (we’ve used our old ones for 3 school years) and wash well. They do not leak. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The box was way sturdier than I had imagined it would be. The print is gorgeous and the seal works like magic to keep everything inside. The box arrived beautifully packaged. However, it arrived to my PO Box after the posted delivery date & time. I was reassured by customer service via email & over the phone, and received my package the next day. I will absolutely repurchase!

5 star for the product itself, 1 star for customer service. This is my 3rd bentgo box and prefer it over other brands because of its durability. I’ve never had an issue shipping before (ordered from Amazon), but this time I ordered through the company itself. It said my box was delivered (via the tracking #), but it wasn’t. So I tried to submit a claim with UPS and the tracking link said I had to go through USPS, so I tried to submit a claim there and they said I had to go through UPS. I finally got through to UPS and they said a manager would be calling me (they never did). In the meantime, I emailed bentgo, not once, not twice, but 3x as I needed this for my daughter’s school lunch since school was about to start. I also reached out to Bentgo via Facebook messenger and it took almost a week for Bentgo to respond to either email or message. In the end, UPS figured it out and got it to me 2 days later, but the delay in response was really disappointing and as a consumer, I feel I went above and beyond to get my purchase to me, but it took forever for the company to even reach out. I didn’t even bother responding to the email once they finally responded. So, I’ll most likely continue using the product, but I’ll never order through Bentgo again.

I am a teacher and noticed this item because a couple of cuties in the cafeteria had one! The kids have the small version and I felt it was a perfect size for me. It helps me control my portions, has a number of "holes" for a variety of items, seals so well that one thing does not leak into another, the rubbery feel of the outside case keeps it in place while eating. it is easily and quickly closed up for a quick pack up, can easily clean the case and the tray as they come apart easily. Lots of reasons to love this for myself and as a teacher in the lunchroom. Quick and easy cleanup for the kids, no messiness on the lunch table either!

These are the absolute best lunch boxes for kids 2-10, we’ve gotten so much use out of ours and they’re so convenient! They’re easy to open, dishwasher safe and my kids just love them because all their foods are in different compartments. You know toddlers like their food separated lol

It’s a fun, practical product and my daughter loves the different compartments. I would have preferred if one compartment could be removed to reheat in the microwave instead of the whole thing. If you put fruit or other cold stuff you have to take it out to reheat the rest.

Ordered the monster trucks--super cute! Can't wait for my little guy to start using this for preschool. I ordered the full monster trucks set (bento box, lunch bag and bottle.) I do wish there were more full matching sets options, similar to the monster trucks.

I love the concept of this lunch box. For preschool lunch requirements are a protein, grain, veggie, fruit and a dairy option. These various compartments will fit most lunches. However, the one small round section Is difficult to get anything out of if you don’t have small fingers. Silverware has a tough time fitting to scoop peas or pudding. *****My one major complaint is the lid. It looks like, and described as, sealable and prevents liquid transfer between sections. Even applesauce and draining peach slices will mix to other compartments when lid is locked and gets everywhere when you open the lid. If all contents are solids, then they’ll stay in place. Just don’t put anything with a loose form in these boxes.

These are very cute lunch boxes. Quite compact. The portions of the compartments work well for younger kids but as the kids get older they need more food, and sometimes, the compartment just aren’t big enough to correlate with their growing appetite.
