These lunch boxes are used every day by my three children. The latches broke and customer service had such great reps that they replaced them.

I bought this and it was cracked after a few uses. I contacted customer service and they were able to help me. My daughter loves it!

Like the product but too small need larger love the colors excellent product would recommend this product
