I love this glitter box (so does my daughter!) we have a few bentgo boxes and we love them. It’s helpful for my daughter to have only one container to open at lunch with all her different lunch choices available at once, instead of a bunch of different containers for every food. She was struggling to finish her lunch in time at school before we got the bentgo box, now it’s just easier for her.

I purchased two for cold lunches for school and really liked them, however it was not clear from the instructions that the shell should not go in the dishwasher and and after 3rd use, one of the shells got bent and won’t close anymore. I contacted customer service and they said they would sent a replacement upon the submission of proof of purchase and a review. Product is good, just be aware not to place the shells on the dishwasher.

I bought this lunchbox for my son and loved it. Until I gave him a little meatballs with sauce in it! The inner seals stained from the sauce! Now he doesn’t want to use it because he feels that it’s dirty… he only used it 3 days. Tried washing it number of times but no hope! Wish they were stain resistant.

My son loves this lunch box so much! I was so bummed it got moldy inside (my bad) and the mold ended up staining it. I emailed customer service and they helped me with cleaning advice and after trying it, it just wasn’t working. They were so helpful and replaced my product for me! I will be a Bentgo product supporter for life!

We have this lunchbox with others in rotation for our toddler’s school meals. Love the compartments and how they are child-appropriate portions. The clips ended up breaking on it. The customer service was so amazing! We received a replacement in about 1 week. It’s hard to find a product that is backed by such a great guarantee and service department.

The closure tabs break in less than a year. I've had two so far and this has been the case for each, though now I'm learning that the outer shell should not go into the dishwasher. Fingers crossed that 3rd times the charm and handwashing keeps it lasting long! Besides that, the container is easy for my preschooler to use. We like how we can keep foods in their own separate spaces. The space for a sandwich is a little to small for a full-sized sandwich, but perfect for 1/2 a sandwich.

Bought this for my 2 year old to bring her lunch to “school”. We love it. I love the size of the compartments and that they are individually sealed when the box is closed- keeps dry contents crisp and totally separate from moist contents. My 2 year old opens and closes it independently.

My son used this for two years until the little plastic tabs that keep the latches closed broke. Bentgo stood by the product even though it was past warranty and offered a replacement. Do be careful not to overload the box and make sure the lid closes easily to extend the life of these little tabs as long as possible.

I absolutely love these lunch boxes for my kids lunches for school. I also highly recommend the insulated inch bags! I unfortunately lost a divider and the customer service team said they would send me two as a courtesy replacement. I highly recommend Bentgo!!

My daughter loved her Bengto until this morning when she discovered mold on the upper lid. I tried everything to get the mold off and was unsuccessful....tea tree oil, vinegar soak, microban. You name it. Unfortunately, after the attempts to get the mold off and the aggressive scrubbing, we won't be able to use it anymore.
