I had purchased this lunch box a while back and finally started using it not too long ago. After a wash, I left it out to air dry and when I woke up in the morning it had developed mold which stained the top inside of the lunchbox. I have been emailing Bentgo customer service and they have been very helpful and understanding! They are going to send a replacement so that I can safely pack food for my child. Thank you so much Bentgo for being understanding and kind! I will definitely be purchasing your products in the future. The lunchboxes are amazing as well. They are leak proof and can hold so much food and snacks. 10/10 recommend Bentgo for your kiddos!

Our family has 6 Bentgo Fresh containers! We purchased our first about six years ago, loved it so much we purchased the three pack. We love the versatility, leak proof spaces, and ease of cleaning. We also have owned 4 Bentgo lunch bags over the years. They are well made, and the customer service is very responsive!

I bought this in August and my son has loved having picnics and lunches out of it!! The seal is what really makes it special. Due to my own error I needed a replacement and bentgo’s customer service was prompt and easy to work with!!! Recommend both the product and the company!!!

I absolutely love the Bento Fresh for my 3 boys. I have been packing their lunches in them for the past 6 years. They all started using them when they were 2 years old and each have there own color. The food stayed in place, and allows me to pack a variety of fresh lunch options without having to worry about how they will travel. I am avoiding soft zip lock bags and clean up at the end of day is so effortless since everything goes straight into my dishwasher for the next morning. I also love the shape because it files and fits nicely into their bookbags. I recommend Bento Fresh to all of my friends who pack lunches for there kids.

I purchased this bento box with hesitation but I'm so glad I decided to try it. It's the perfect lunchbox for my toddler.. perfect portion sizes and convenient access for her while she's in school. Had to contact customer service and the help I received was timely and amazing.

My 3 yr old brings this box to school 3 times a week where she is in charge of opening and closing it herself. She is usually very careful, but unfortunately after a while, one of the latches broke (I suspect she didn't have it closed all the way and tried to press the latch in place. I contacted Bentgo to check on the warranty and they were immediately so helpful and will be replacing the box with my preference and no hassle whatsoever! Such a nice experience. I also love the portion sizes, how easy it is to clean and how we have never had a leak even after using it with only one latch!

I want to tell you all about my awesome Bentgo Box! It’s the coolest lunch box ever! First off, let me tell you about the colors. Wow! They’re so bright and fun! My Bentgo Box is like a rainbow. It makes me smile every time I open it! Next, the compartments! There are so many! It’s like a surprise every time Mom packs my lunch. One for sandwiches, one for fruits, one for snacks, and even one for dipping sauces! It’s like a treasure chest full of yummy goodies! And guess what? The best part is it doesn’t mix! Yep, my grapes never touch my sandwich. No soggy bread for me! Everything stays fresh and tasty. Cleaning up is easy too! Mom just pops it in the dishwasher, and it’s ready for my next adventure. I take my Bentgo Box everywhere – to school, to the park, and even on road trips! It’s my trusty sidekick for all my adventures.

I got this lunch box for our daughter to take to daycare. I like the compartments, they are perfect size for small lunches. The box is sturdy and holds up well with traveling back and forth to school. It is easy to clean, however, the rubber seals have developed some black spots. I have tried to clean these off and nothing seems to work, which is disappointing. I called customer service; they were very helpful and are taking care of the issue.

This product is such a great way to get kids to make their own lunch. It's super easy to use and the portions are easy for kids to understand. My kids love making their own lunches and get really creative with the meals. Love these and really recommend even for older kids. My Junior High Schooler Loves Them!

I bought 2 of these and LOVE prepping for the week. My individual compartments keep fresh and separate (I hate soggy bread or stale chips). People always ooo and aaa over my lunches at work, and I have to hand it to these containers that I can prep cute, healthy lunches a few at a time. I am so glad I grabbed these!
