I purchased two for cold lunches for school and really liked them, however it was not clear from the instructions that the shell should not go in the dishwasher and and after 3rd use, one of the shells got bent and won’t close anymore. I contacted customer service and they said they would sent a replacement upon the submission of proof of purchase and a review. Product is good, just be aware not to place the shells on the dishwasher.

We love our Bentgo Boxes - recently got a new one for my daughter to start summer VPK and the portion sizes are perfect for her to have a verity and not feel like I'm over packing, She can open and close the box by herself which is helpful at school. She loves the fun colors of hers and is always excited to help me pack it each day. I recently had an issue with a stain on mine and customer service saw i just purchased it and replaced it with no problems at all. I recommend this box to everyone - its the best!

I got this product for my kindergartner and he absolutely loves it. It’s so easy for him to open and close. The contents do not leak into other compartments or out of the container. To top it off, their customer service is spectacular. I sent and email for inquiry and got a response within an hour!

I have purchased two of these for my 3 and 7 year old and love them! My son loves that he has everything in one container and so many options, it makes lunch time fun for him. We also use them for snacks while traveling or just a day out. It keeps the food in one place and you have no leaks. Amazing quality...

It’s a great lunch box, no leaks and great compartment dividers. The only negative is that I wish instructions were clearer about only the tray being dishwasher safe, not the shell around it. Nonetheless, it’s still great and I will continue to buy them for my kids.

I bought this lunch box with the matching lunch bag for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch box to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. We used these faithfully while my son was in his toddler years. They have held up well- our only complaint being that you need to immediately wash them to prevent mold from growing in the top part. We’ve made the “drop the Bentgo in the sink” part of our after school routine.

The size of the sections are enough for his to have a variety of snacks or a small sandwich enough to fill him up. It’s easy for his little hands to carry and open up too.

I bought two of these for my kids and they absolutely love them. We have been using them for over 2 years and they still function just as good as the day we received them in the mail. They are sturdy and leak proof, two pros as a mom of two boys. I love the nonslip edges, they really help for staying where you put it. They are very easy to clean, again making it perfect for all moms and dads. They take up very little space. And I won't lie..I have used them myself on several occasions 😉😉 I also use the removable tray and use them for dinner sometimes depending on what is being served. All aroubs great product and would definitely recommend!
