These lunch boxes are awesome by themselves. Perfect for school or even a trip to the beach. But the Bentgo customer service truly adds to this. I recently reached out about some mold that had begun showing on the rubber/silicon seals on the inside lid. They quickly got back to me with some suggested cleaning options. When those still didn’t work, they sent me a new box, expedited shipping. I only emailed looking for advice. I’m seriously impressed with how it all was handled!

Love our Bentgo… we use it all the time. The compartments are all different sized which allows me to send a variety of snacks. My son can open and close the clips with ease and it’s easy to wash. Have never had a leak or a “spill over” from one compartment to another. I’d highly recommend

My son loves this lunch box and I do as well! Love the compartments and the fact that everything stays within its own place and doesn't spill over. He loves having choices in front of him and the compartments provide several sizes so you can know how much of it you're providing to your kid. Not to mention the excellent customer service and support with this brand. Love it!

The Bentgo kids lunch box is a bento-style box with five compartments sized for children 3 to 7 years old or anyone will a smaller appetite, really. One compartment is perfectly sized for a half sandwich or small portion of leftovers (my grandson loves to have orange chicken in the "sandwich" compartment. There are varying size smaller compartments for snacks, fruit, yogurt, a bit of candy, dipping sauce, etc. The edges of the box are rubber coated making it easy for a child to hold the box and it not slip or helps it stay in place on a table. The latches are easy to open and close. The removable tray inside is dishwasher-safe (top rack) and can be microwaved (under 3 minutes). The lunch box carries a 2 year warranty, is made with food-grade materials and is BPA free. I would have rated this Bentgo Kids lunch box as 5 star if it had some sort of handle for days when you just need to carry the box on it's own. Our family has been using Bentgo products for about 8 years. Between four young daughters, we have tried many different lunch boxes and Bentgo has been by far the best. Our daughters love the 5 compartment lunch boxes as it gives them variety of food choices and the size is perfect. On the rare occasion when we had issues with the boxes, customer service has been very responsive and generous. Love their products!

My sons have been using their bentogo kids boxes for 2 years. They are easy to clean and we have never had a problem with the boxes leaking. My children like to have verity when they eat so this was a great alternative to packing a million containers each day.

My toddler is just 18 months but we've been religiously using this at least 2-3x a week for picnics, bench lunches, and restaurant outings. Most buy it because it's totally leak proof and between compartments (which we love as well - esp since we do some Chinese style noodles and other compartments are fruit and such)...but we LOVE the rubber bottom. I know, sounds weird, but most of the others don't have a grib on the bottom. He's 1.5 years old, he pushes his lunch box easily on tables let along on a bunch or chair while eating outdoors. It does everything that it should and now I can't live without that rubber bottom.

This is a super cute lunch box that’s my daughter loves, it has 5 compartments and it’s great for the kids to bring lunch to school, the only downside is that once you wash it. You have to make sure you air dry the container, if you put away it will grow mold on the rubbber part of the lid

I have a son on the spectrum and it was CHALLENGE to provide him lunch because he is very specific about textures and smells. For a long time I struggled to find a lunchbox that doesn't mix all the different snacks together and is also affordable and I am glad that I took a chance and its been holding very well as. Would highly recommend!!

Purchased 2 boxes for my kiddos unfortunately one of them is defective and does not close correctly. I figured I’d be out of luck since I threw away both boxes and receipt (never imagined I’d have issues with either one). Thankfully Gonway S. Has made it right by replacing the defective product! Customer service is great and stand by their product!
