Our Bentgo has been an awesome lunchbox for our 4 year old. It’s a fun lunchbox that fits a variety of food, and has been perfect for all of his daycare lunches. He’s used it over the past 2 years but we’ve only recently experienced issues with the lunchbox not latching properly. I reached out to customer service and they have been extremely prompt and helpful. We had our Bentgo registered for warranty, and although we have misplaced our receipt with proof of purchase, the team has been amazing and courteous honouring the warranty and sending us a replacement. We love this lunchbox and will purchasing the next age up soon. We strongly recommend this company!

This is a great lunch kit for my kindergartener. She is able to open and close it by herself, and I love the compartments of different sizes. I don't have to leave anything in a package, so she does not have to spend lunch time trying to open things. I can include fruit or even yogurt in her lunch without worrying about it leaking or spilling into the rest of her lunch. Highly recommend!

Bought this for my kindergartner this summer since she went to daycare all summer, I packed her lunch in it almost everyday we love all the spaces for variety of food :) will be buying one every year for school ( if needed a new one :) also this would be a great gift for a kid :))

We have been using Bentgo Fresh Lunch Box for our first grader since August, and we love it. It keeps food separate and fresh, and his easy for him to use. In addition to using it daily at school, it is the perfect container for road trip snacks and lunches. We liked it so much we purchased two more for our niece and nephew.

My daughter received the Bentgo Brights lunch box as a gift last year. And recently one of the clips was broken. I reached out to the company and they were quick to send out a replacement lunch box - I'm so glad my daughter will have a new lunch box for the new school year, this saves a lot of $$ especially in today's economic tough times. I bought this for my kids. I love the style and the quality of the box overall is good. The tray is very conveniente for a mom with toddlers and young children. It is sealed proof and does not break easily. The only issue is that mold builds up on the rubber and it is sometimes not easy to removed. I wash and dry daily and still mold grew up there. I did use vinegar and some bleach to clean but still there. Reached to customer service and they replace it. Customer service was a very positive experience. Washing the bottom part of the tray and drying it is challenging and brush is needed to make sure it is well clean. I share feedback with Bentgo and they are working on improving their design.

I had this lunch box for both of my kids over 2 years and the best part is this allows kids to be autonomous. They can open the latch and close without any help. The leakproof is really great and the compartment sizes are just perfect. Wish the stainless steel was the exact same size, instead of thinner and wider.

We have been using this lunchbox for a few months now and we love it. It makes packing simple and food proportions just right for our kids. We also love how eco friendly they are and we are no longer throwing away multiple plastic food storage bags each day.

I was given a three pack of this lunch box as a gift and the have worked great for her. I did notice that the outer portion developed mold but after contacting their customer service team they are replacing them under the warranty. Hopefully it was simply a one time fluke with the mold because other than that they have been wonderfully convenient and easy for my daughter to use.

My toddler is just 18 months but we've been religiously using this at least 2-3x a week for picnics, bench lunches, and restaurant outings. Most buy it because it's totally leak proof and between compartments (which we love as well - esp since we do some Chinese style noodles and other compartments are fruit and such)...but we LOVE the rubber bottom. I know, sounds weird, but most of the others don't have a grib on the bottom. He's 1.5 years old, he pushes his lunch box easily on tables let along on a bunch or chair while eating outdoors. It does everything that it should and now I can't live without that rubber bottom.
