I bought my bentgo lunch box for my daughter in November 2022. It’s meant for leak-proof. After using a few times, I noticed that it leaked through the lunch bag and school bag. I realized that my purchase was still within the warranty. I immediately reached to customer service team. The whole price only took 3 days max that I already received the replacement. I am delightfully happy with my purchase and the customer service that I am provided. Would continue to explore different products with Bentgo! :)

The Bentgo kids lunch box is a bento-style box with five compartments sized for children 3 to 7 years old or anyone will a smaller appetite, really. One compartment is perfectly sized for a half sandwich or small portion of leftovers (my grandson loves to have orange chicken in the "sandwich" compartment. There are varying size smaller compartments for snacks, fruit, yogurt, a bit of candy, dipping sauce, etc. The edges of the box are rubber coated making it easy for a child to hold the box and it not slip or helps it stay in place on a table. The latches are easy to open and close. The removable tray inside is dishwasher-safe (top rack) and can be microwaved (under 3 minutes). The lunch box carries a 2 year warranty, is made with food-grade materials and is BPA free. I would have rated this Bentgo Kids lunch box as 5 star if it had some sort of handle for days when you just need to carry the box on it's own. I received this product for free to have the opportunity to test it and give a review. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Bentgo Fresh container for the first time last night and I have to say that the design is amazing. First of all, this is the most heavy duty plastic container that I have EVER owned. There are several divided sections to separate your food, so everything stays in place. The lid has a rubber seal that lines each divided section so everything closes tight, doesn't leak or bleed through to the next section and stays fresh. This is a very sturdy food container that I imagine will last a long time. I would definitely recommend this bowl to those of you who prep your lunches!

I picked out the purple one for my little one and bedazzled it with all sorts of cool stickers and she LOVES it! I love it too; I love that when I'm lazy, I can put the tray in the dishwasher; I love that it's easy to clean when I'm NOT being lazy. Her all or nothing method of eating made this the perfect choice for us because I can cram it full of delicious things and if she doesn't eat them at school, they're still perfectly intact for an after-school "snack". I hmmm'd and haw'd about which one to go with but I'm glad I picked this one because it can hold a whole sandwich with separate compartments for other yummy things!

I've had my bentgo box for about a year now and use it quite consistently. My favorite snacks to put in it are an antipasta mix in olive oil, which hasn't leaked from its compartment surprisingly, and veggies with hummus in the bigger 2 compartments and with the last with nuts and cheese. This isn't a kind of meal/snack I would have thought about packing before I bought this and I do feel this bentgo box is really helping me work toward healthier habits

I bought this for my daughter that’s started kindergarten. I must say that this bentgo box is a life changing experience. She spotted this one day in the store and had to have it. She feel in love on the first sight. She even wants me to pack her lunches on the weekends lol

I got these when my son started summer care before he starts kindergarten. I quickly realized only the trays are dishwasher safe. Not the case part, but that's no problem since is so easy to wash and rinse clean. I love that you can get replacement trays to mix up the color scheme and to meal prep. It makes my week so much easier. My 5 year old says he is full from the foods packed so it fits a great amount. 100% fully recommended.

I've been using these lunchboxes for my three kids for the past three years and have never considered another option! The portion sizes are perfect for my 6/8/10 year olds and I love that everything stays separate. Even ranch dip stays in the little circle in the center when I send veggies. Highly recommend!

We love this lunchbox so much, it is so durable and can fit a variety of lunchbox items. The divider is helpful to create more options. Super easy to wash. I am only taking off one star because the divider piece can be easily lost/you have to remember to keep track of it.

We have been using Bentgo boxes for our 9-year-old daughter. These compartments are the perfect size for what we need. The divider is a great addition so foods don't touch.　Additionally, Bentgo's after-sales service is wonderful. They resolve issues promptly. It's definitely a fantastic service.
