These are a great size and design for young kiddos, come in a nice choice of colors, and fun to pack (as fun as it gets to pack lunches). The compartment sizes accommodate a variety of foods, from fruit or veggies to sandwiches and even liquids such as yogurt or applesauce, thanks to the seal. We used ours daily but eventually, the plastic latches on the case were no match for our preschooler - they broke, one after the other, until the whole lunchbox was unusable. For a kid's lunchbox, I want something that can survive inevitable drops and last for years. The smaller plastic hinges just couldn't take the abuse. And unfortunately, you cannot buy cases alone off the website; you have to buy the whole set, which is a bummer because the trays are fine and I already have enough. My only other issue I've had is the seal getting discolored, funky, and dented with use, but I got some cleaning tips from customer service so it's only an aesthetic issue so far – the smell went away and the seal itself still seems functional.

I phoned in today because I dropped one of the daycare children's tray that goes in the Bentgo box. The tray chipped and I called in to ask how long a replacement would take to be shipped. Nicholas was beyond kind and understanding and offered to get a replacement sent out right away. As this is an item that belongs to one of my client's children, it eased my mind that I can tell the parent that I have taken care of the situation and she will see a replacement shortly. Thank you, thank you!!

We've used Bentgo lunchboxes for our toddlers for the last two years and love them so much! I love the fact that I can just rinse them out and pop them in the dishwasher every night instead of cleaning individual Tupperwares or throwing away single-use bags daily. They help guide me to provide appropriate portions of food and the seal on the boxes are tight. The day before my family left for a 2-week vacation, one of our lunchboxes was accidentally left at school and by the time we got it back there was mold that had permanently damaged the lid. I reached out to Bentgo Customer Service and not only did they respond immediately but they also sent a complimentary replacement within the week. They were understanding, patient, friendly and kind. I can't recommend their lunchboxes and their customer service higher! 10/10!

We have had this for about a year now and it's easy for my kids to pack their own lunches because they use the compartments as a guide for healthy food choices. Entree, fruit, veggie, something crispy, and usually use the middle circle for cut up cheese. The only issue we have had is the rubber seal getting mold on it but customer service has been easy to work with.

When my kids started kindergarten, I bought the bentgo kids lunch box and they ended up using it for 6 years without breakage! I loved that it had a grip on the bottom, was truly leakproof - it held soy sauce without spillage!! And it was easy for tiny hands to open and close. Once they outgrew it, I had to go with the bentgo fresh as I’ve had such a great experience with Bentgo over the years. My kids still love their bentgo fresh box and I anticipate using it for many more years!

These lunch boxes are awesome by themselves. Perfect for school or even a trip to the beach. But the Bentgo customer service truly adds to this. I recently reached out about some mold that had begun showing on the rubber/silicon seals on the inside lid. They quickly got back to me with some suggested cleaning options. When those still didn’t work, they sent me a new box, expedited shipping. I only emailed looking for advice. I’m seriously impressed with how it all was handled!

This lunchbox is exactly as wonderful as advertised. It makes it easy for me to pack daily lunch and comes back empty or nearly empty every day. My husband has even used it to pack lunch for himself and says it makes it so much easier for him to actually eat lunch during the day. On top of an excellent product, the customer service is unparalleled. So happy with this purchase and highly recommed!

I love using the Bent go kids lunchbox with my kids. I really like how easy it makes it to include multiple toppings in one container. The lunchbox is leak proof and easy for children to use. Another thing I like is how every compartment is portioned. We had an incident with one of the lunchbox and Bent go sent us a new one in 1 day. Thank you Bent go!

I purchased 2 bentgo fresh lunch boxes for my 2 boys, and they love it. It's pretty big and have enough space to put different type of food for your kids. I bought my daughter 4 of these lunchboxes for this school year, and 2 of them had pieces breaking off, making them unusable. I reached out to customer service and they not only responded quickly but also are replacing both of the lunchboxes under warranty! The lunchboxes are perfect for putting an assortment of choices for lunch foods and are so spacious I can often pack her a snack as well. Love them!
