Have had these for over a year and they’ve held up very well. I can fit plenty of food for my 4 year old’s lunch and the divided sections make it easy to get creative with food options! Customer service is also very good - prompt responses to my inquiries and very helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls have been fighting over this lunch container since it arrived! It is the perfect size with the right amount of compartments. We have put hummus and dip in the little compartment in the middle and it doesn't leak! The color is so cute and it is nice and slim- I have put this container directly in my daughter's backpack to save space when her backpack is full. I love knowing that the food will not get squished and the food won't leak. It can be hard for my girls (4 and 8) to close when they are done eating. I think they will figure it out quickly but so far, that has been the only challenge. I'm going to buy a second one so that they don't have to fight! I'm so glad that have discovered this fun new way to pack lunch.

I reached out to them on a weekend to ask for safe ways to remove mold from my son's bentgo box as he forgot it at school. They were super fast to respond ( on a weekend) and gave me solutions to try to resolve the problem. When that did not work they offered a replacement. We have a good amount of their products and have not had any issues. Will gladly continue to buy these for our 3 kids who take lunch to school daily.

These boxes work great! They never leak, even when putting yogurt in one off the sections. Crunchy foods stay crunchy, nothing mingles, which is important for picky eaters. Compartments are.a bit small, but nothing a little creative chopping can't solve.

To test it out, I filled all three sections of the box with water, closed it up and gave it a good shaking. Not a drop of water leaked out. The plastic is thick and helps to keep the food inside insulated.

I had an amazing experience with Bentgo's customer service! My Bentgo lunch box had a broken front part that helped with opening and closing, and I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase replacements of that part. Not only did they respond quickly, but they went above and beyond by shipping me a whole new Bentgo product free of charge! I was blown away by their generosity and kindness. I love the bentgo lunch boxes. I have had 4 and never had a problem with any! I love the bentgo lunch boxes. I like the fun colors and it has the perfect amount of room to store all of their lunch items. I have asked my kids on numerous occasions if has kept their lunch cool with just one bentgo ice pack until lunch and they said it has!

Bentgo is the only lunch box you’ll need! We have tried other brands with limited success and bentgo is the only one that holds up. My kindergartener uses his every day with ease, no leaking at all. Their customer service is amazing and you can’t beat the 2 year warranty if something should go wrong with your bentgo box.

I had this lunch box for both of my kids over 2 years and the best part is this allows kids to be autonomous. They can open the latch and close without any help. The leakproof is really great and the compartment sizes are just perfect. Wish the stainless steel was the exact same size, instead of thinner and wider.
