Everything is great with the products we have. They work well and are airtight! The only thing I wish we could do is upgrade the boxes with the collection colors. I bought the one before the boxes came with the print on the outside. It would be great if there were stickers we could buy that would upgrade the boxes with the design they should have. On another note one of my kids designs has all the accessories and another child only has the box and bags in her design. When will all the designs have all the accessories? And when will there be stainless steal for both utensils and bottles?

Since switching over to a Bentgo box I have found myself pushing the boundaries of previously boring lunch prep and using the individual compartments for a tour of foods for my kid. The portion sizes are just right for my kid to get a little bit of everything good. Only drawback is it's a tiny bit heavier than I'd like—but other than that it's a hit with parents + kid.

Ever since I got the Bentgo Kids Lunch Box for my 5-year-old son, mornings have become a tad bit easier. The compartments are just perfect for him; I can pop in his favorite grapes, a sandwich, and some carrot sticks without everything getting jumbled up. We have been using bentgo boxes for over 5 years. They are the perfect portion sizes for meals while traveling with our two kids, ages 3 and 5.5. We own 5 boxes, after 5 years of use and many drops, tosses and falls, one of the inner trays slipped from a hand while packing and hit the floor just wrong and cracked. Even after all those years, bentgo customer service was amazing and offered a replacement.

We love our Bentgo Boxes - recently got a new one for my daughter to start summer VPK and the portion sizes are perfect for her to have a verity and not feel like I'm over packing, She can open and close the box by herself which is helpful at school. She loves the fun colors of hers and is always excited to help me pack it each day. I recently had an issue with a stain on mine and customer service saw i just purchased it and replaced it with no problems at all. I recommend this box to everyone - its the best!

This is my teens favorite lunchbox, it hold the perfect amount of food without it looking babyish. Love that it’s leakproof and we can get extras trays for it. However, the latch broke we were bummed! (Minus 1 star only for that) But they have amazing customer service and are sending a replacement! Very happy with the product and service all around!

I recently purchased one of these and was quite disappointed that when I opened the box the divider wasn't included. However, their customer service is great! I emailed them with the issue and they sent out a replacement right away. Their service is as great as their products.

Our son has used this for 1.5 years. When he was younger, it was one of the few that he could open by himself (but still closed securely). We all love that even though there are a bunch of different sections, only 1 of them is small (but perfect for a small sweet treat to end his lunch). The others are perfectly sized for a varied meal. The dividers are well thought out so juice from apple slices doesn't soak into his bread. We had an issue with ours after about 1.5 years. It turns out that even though we had registered it for warranty when we purchased it, it wasn't filled out properly. The warranty team was fantastic to work with and we came to happy resolution. Very soon, we'll be buying the next age up, but we absolutely love this one, and the company.

I purchased the entire rainbow and butterflies matching set for my daughter at the beginning of the school year. She loves pink and mama loved that this set, while pink, included a variety of colors mixed in so that it still compliments her many school looks. The lunch box has been used everyday since the start of school and still looks great. The inner latch lip that locks the clasp did break off recently on one side however the customer service staff has been great in getting me an exchange. Regardless I love how this box seals all the food items sauces or otherwise and keeps them cool until time to eat. Would definitely recommend!

I love this lunch box for my pre schooler and first grader. The size is perfect and fits in their Herschel lunchbox as well as the other's Pottery barn lunchbox. The compartments are a good size for portions, it's very easy to open and close, and best of all it's so easy to clean and ACTUALLY get clean without having food caught in funky seams or anything!
