It’s soft so if you’re looking for cheese to slice, it’ll end up a mess. It does work well to grate.

The cheese is too soft to cut well.

Not sure what they did to this cheese but it's horrible now and i will not be buying it again.

Whoever loves absolutely tasteless "cheese", this is the right product for you. Low price, but even $ 0 would be too much.

Yellow cardboard

I stopped buying shredded cheese due to the additives most shredded cheeses have to prevent caking. This cheese was a perfect alternative!  The flavor is great and perfect for melting in omelets and quesadillas.  It shreds really easily and the price point is great.
