Not a Madeleine Would give it o Stars if I could

Anyone who thinks that this is really a medeleine has never had a real one. This is not light and airy, and it is tough, grainy, greasy and so sweet that it is cloying. Real madeleines do not include baking powder, baking soda, water or canola oil, nonfat.milk or inert sugar and they are heavenly. These are not even close.
