These are a very nice plain cookie On the order of a sugar cookie/shortbread cookie with a touch more vanilla. Nice texture.

My husband loves these madeleines & now he is getting me hooked on them too. Please, dont ever stop selling them. They are delicately sweet & delicious.

I had to return these as most of the pastries were in bad condition. When I went to get new ones, I found most of the other packages were in a similar condition, with crumbling medeleines.
