I've never written a tire review in my life. I can't help but write something about these tires. I previously had another all-season tire from a certain company with a blimp and the difference between these Pilot AS4s and those are shocking. Smooth as silk ride, whisper-quiet, and traction that is amazing on my heavily tuned Audi 4.0T car!

These were quite a bit softer and quieter than the Pilot 3 + tires removed after 40,000 miles. The Pilot 4 AS felt initially like it wouldn't be the same in handling as the 3+ AS but that was totally wrong. They handle great. I would definitely buy them again.

I've gone thru two sets of these tires with the last set going 18200 purchased 2/22 miles and are now down to the wear bars. I live in Phoenix and thought the heat was a factor. My daughter in Washington also got poor tread life out of the same model tire with a Kia sedan my car being an Audi SQ5. I'm replacing these with the Defender 2 giving Michelin another try I hope it ends up better. Also will seek some adjustments based on short tread life bit will see how that goes. All other performance for this tire were wrest they just don't last.

Significantly louder than the HX MXM4's they replaced. Noise starts right at 40mph and gets significantly louder at highway speeds. Likely going to swap them out for another brand as this is the only Michelin tire that fits 245/50/R17. Tire handles great but I just can't deal with the noise.

I just purchased a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4 for a 2020 WRX Sport-tech RS. Replacement for the OEM Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT which wore out prematurely (~30 000 km). I immediately noticed much less road noise with the Pilot Sport 4 compared to the Dunlop tirs. My wife even commented: "It's quiet now, like a normal car". So far noticeably more comfortable on rough roads with good handling. Hopefully, the Michelin tires are more durable. Will see how

I have already driven 17,118 miles with these tires and experienced my first snowstorm with them. Doing my regular maintenance rotating my tires every 5k miles and making sure my tires are properly inflated every month, I have run into 0 issues. They drove flawlessly in the snow with minimal slippage. I enjoyed them and will keep buying Michelin tires in the future.

I've had my tires for about 9 months now and they're awesome!! My previous set of tires were the Continental Extremecontact DWS06. If I were to compare the two, in terms of performance and comfort, the Pilot Sport A/S 4 has been quite a bit better in the dry and wet weather...gas mileage is approximately the same for both tires. I haven't had the opportunity to drive in the snow so I don't know which tires are better. But in terms of treadwear, I would give a slight edge to the Continentals.

I am hesitant to give a 5 star, because these tires on my Miata, seem to lack smooth steering. For example, when you just slightly turn the wheel, it jumps like it had difficulty going over its own tread?????, then when you turn back slightly it sticks and jumps. Very subtle, different then the OEM tires that were on the vehicle. Wish I really knew what was going on. Air pressure is what is on door jam. I may vary tire pressure and test.

Had continental DWS-06 on my wrx and switched to Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4. Didn't expect much and boy was I wrong! On ramps and corners are like being on rails! I literally can go so much faster around corners and no give, no noise, these tires never miss a beat! These are better than the Pilot Super Sport that I have on my BMW, and these are suitable for year round performance. I was considering several options and brands, but in the end I relied on my past experiences with Michelin and went with these. So glad I did, I'm never looking back. Love the look of these and love how they perform. Now I can see why they're OE on the C8 vette amazing product Michelin, thanks for living up to your reputation (again!)

I switched from PS 4 to PS All Season 4 for my 2015 Mustang (not staggered). Great tires? Yes. Very comfortable, with good performance. Before buying I had read that the AS version gives up little in dry performance - of that had been very true I would give a 5/5 testing. The compromise in all out traction is greater than I expected. But great tires that I would recommend? Definitely and I have no regret stepping down from hard core performance (the PS4 is amazing!) for more comfort and safety in lower temperatures and even light snow. Lower noise. Either tire is a great choice.
